Occupying the space that once housed Auckland’s iconic Kings Arms tavern, 59 France is a high-end apartment complex due for completion in 2020. As with Urban Collective’s other projects, 59 France has a unique, minimalist design aesthetic - the work of renowned Paul Brown architects. We worked across the brand’s identity, from typeface and colour palette to logo and digital assets. We brought the brand to life digitally, through a contemporary website and promotional video showcasing the accompanying Auckland lifestyle.
Completed in 2018, The Citizen was Urban Collective’s response to Auckland’s growing desire for boutique, flexible contemporary living spaces. Their unique style and aesthetic was on show again and required a brand identity and digital assets that could draw potential buyers into the understated luxury of the spaces on offer.
Our identity work combined bold, blocky typefaces with a similarly bold colour palette of blacks, greys and whites. We also developed a visual language that transformed and personalised the branding to the target audience - Are you Citizen?
Digitally, we gave The Citizen an online space as stylish as the complex itself. A modern website with engaging visual content worked to entice buyers and allow them to explore the spaces on offer with ease.
In 2013 we partnered with Urban Collective on The Dylan, a high-end apartment complex in Auckland’s, Grey Lynn. Built at what was an early stage in Auckland’s residential boom, The Dylan set a new standard in contemporary residential property design. To sell this new vision for the city, we created a beautiful website, brand identity and promotional assets.
